Refund policy

Unfortunately, we have a NO REFUND policy, but we offer store credits and exchanges. Store credits do not expire and can be used towards any purchase.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, we will work with the customer to provide a credit to their account in the amount of the purchase; or if item is in-stock, we will ship a replacement item to the customer..​

 

EXCHANGE

If you would like to EXCHANGE the merchandise:

Please email: customerservice@mystellarboutique.com prior to returning your merchandise.

We will email the customer return instructions once a return request has been emailed to customerservice@mystellarboutique.com

Merchandise has to be returned within 7 business days from the date the merchandise is received in order to receive a store credit.

 

Store Credit

Once the shoes are returned. A store credit in the amount of the shoes (excluding the shipping fee) will be emailed to the customer in the form of a e-gift card.

Store credits do not expire and can be used towards any purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
